About the Show

With over 40 years serving their clients, and having multiple generations in the workplace, Christie Bravo, General Manager of Bravo Roofing, Inc., knows first hand what works well and what to avoid. Family based businesses are the backbone and gold standard of this country. Watching the longevity and success of such organizations builds pride, trust, and loyalty in many industries. However, behind the scenes there can be challenges unique to that environment. Unique factors exist from family dynamics, differences in business philosophies, and challenges surrounding “the new vs. the old” approach to business. When tackling large clients, government contracts, and personnel issues it takes a special approach. Maintaining a successful business can be a totally different ballgame when working with family.
