Vicki has always been able to see the upcoming trends and surround herself with the people to help her make it happen. One of those “trends” is the veteran population looking for jobs that don’t exist. Vicki saw the need for Vets to pursue entrepreneurship. The road has not been easy. But she has set out on a journey that created, funded and helped run a program to establish and prove the need. A non-profit saw the need and took V.E.T. under their wing and now people from all over are calling. The social worker still exists, but it is the marketing she knows that has gotten the program attention.
