Our SUE Riser, Noor Alramadan is a senior at Bonita Vista High School in Chula Vista. She is involved in various programs at her school including Club Blue marching and concert band where she plays the clarinet, Task Force as a class officer, Yearbook Excalibur, Associated Student Body, and the Multicultural Club. Through these programs she has developed her leadership abilities.

On weekends she plays the clarinet in the conservatory program in the San Diego Youth Symphony. She is also a longtime Girl Scout where she has earned her Bronze, Silver, and National Gold Award. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching movies, and going to the beach.

Carolynn Bottino is an international bestselling author, speaker, and founder of the Money Empowerment Project. Her book The Land of Plenty: A Soulpreneur’s Guide to Finding Joy, Possibility and Abundance through Money Empowerment has been featured on the Spirited Woman’s Top 12 book pick list for 2020.

In 2013, Carolynn abruptly left the corporate events world and never looked back. She started All The Details Consulting providing event planning and bookkeeping services to small businesses. After working with more than 100 bookkeeping clients, Carolynn realized that she was much more than just a bookkeeper and discovered her soul’s calling to empower women soulpreneurs to find joy in their relationship with money.

Thinking that events would be her mainstay, and bookkeeping would be her side-gig, she soon discovered a huge need not only for bookkeeping, but for the need for business owners to understand their money on both a practical and soul level. And so the Money Empowerment Project was born in 2017 to inspire women to rise up and embrace their money power. She retired the events side of her business in 2020 to focus full time on her multiple six-figure bookkeeping business and empowering women soulpreneurs around the globe.

Susie Clisson is a second generation owner of her family business West County Tire & Automotive along with her business partner and husband John. West County Tire & Automotive has been in the family for over 40 years. Susie is also the founder and owner of Sue’s Garden Floral Preservation Custom Keepsakes and spends time working and growing both businesses.

When she is working the family business she wears all the hats. From office manager to delivery parts driver she does it all. When she is in her Sue’s Garden home workshop preserving special occasion flowers and creating custom floral art for her customers she is in her artistic zone where her passion lives.

Susie sits on the Board of Directors for the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce and is Immediate Past Chair. She also sits on the Board of Governors of the Center Club OC and is Chair of the Women Inspire Network/Center Club OC. Susie has also sat on the Executive Committee for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Annual Event.

Susie is a native California girl and the ocean is her happy place. She is the mom to 3 successful adult children and considers this to be one of her life’s greatest accomplishments along with her husband John of 37 years.

Susie enjoys the arts, music, travel, reading, gardening and spending time with friends and family with food and libations.

Our S.U.E. Riser, Nicole Curristan is a high school senior from Ramona, California. At school, she is ranked in the top five of her class, is the president of the National Honors Society, and is a member of the female engineering club Femineers.

Outside of school, she is active in Girl Scouts and environmental activism work. Through her participation in Girl Scouts, she is a member of the advocacy group Global Arms for Advocacy, a National Council Delegate, and a Gold Award Candidate. She is a co-founder of Girls for Environmental Action, a girl-led, girl-focused environmental activism organization, and a frequent volunteer with the local youth environmental action organization Youth4Climate.

Outside of her extracurricular activities, Nicole loves to find fun ways to live a more sustainable life. She enjoys cooking and baking vegan recipes for herself and her family. Nicole also loves to frequent thrift stores to find clothing to “upcycle” and give new life through her craftiness. Her favorite activities are reading, creating art, and being in nature.

Angel Guerra-Chagolla, MA is a National Director of Risk for US and Canada as well as the CEO of Beauty & Beast in Business. Her mission is to Empower others through education, advocacy and connections.

As a community leader and Business Coach, Angel supports her community by providing resources as well as necessities such as clothing and school supplies. Creating an atmosphere of kindness and love supports others in strive for self sufficiency and success.

As a Public Speaker and Business/Career Coach, she discussed topics which are may be hard to talk about, but are necessary to create full control over our lives and careers at every level. It is with this thought process that her servant leadership shines, attracting others who want to grow and thrive along with her.

After lettering in football and basketball at San Diego State University, he played pro football for the Seattle Seahawks (NFL) and Montreal Machine (WLAF). Following a brief stint as an actor, Dave worked his way up from Junior Financial Advisor at Fidelity Federal Bank to Branch Vice President in just 4 years. He later founded and served as CEO of Fallbrook Investment Services, handling wealth management for individuals, businesses and pension funds.

Today, Dave serves on the boards of the California Council on Economic Education and Mission Sports, a faith based sports camp for kids. He’s also a Mentor for the Hispanic 100, Orange County Hispanic Youth Chamber and VP of the NFL Players Association, Orange County Chapter.
