About the Program

When consistently confronted with an education filtered through “the white lens,” Naomi began to ask hard questions of her academic leaders. In her Sue Talk, hear how this Sue Riser advocated for change. Naomi Ka’imilani Manalon Jefferson-Glipa is a rising graduate attending Riverside Poly High School where she will be graduating with honors and her seal of multiliteracy having achieved excellence in English, Spanish, French, and ASL.
