We are all born with an attitude. It’s what we do with it that makes a difference. Workplace attitudes affect morale, productivity and team building. Today Cecile Bereal, President of RMA Management Alliance, Inc, has a dynamic conversation with Michelle on attitude in the workplace and in business. She will define and discuss the components of attitude. Cecile will also address the issue of bullying. She will highlight the types of bully behavior and talk about how you can identify the personality of a bully in the workplace. We will ask her for guidance on what steps you can take to address and deal with bullying at work.
