Dr. Fillmore Smiley is a highly skilled addictions and professional clinical counselor competent in several subject-matter individual and group therapies including substance abuse, intimate partner violence, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and trauma symptom abatement. He uses an empathetic, strength-based, client-centered, therapeutic integrative approach. He works with adults, adolescents, children, and families, teaching coping skills such as anger management, frustration tolerance, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution. Dr. Smiley is knowledgeable in the application of cognitive, affective, systemic, and holistic counseling strategies that include principles of development, maladjustment, and wellness.

She retired as a Mary Kay Sales Director, after 41 years in leadership, to pursue her passion as an intuitive clarity coach for women. She loves helping women find their courage to speak up, tell their truth, and own who they want to become.
