Amy McDougal is a licensed attorney, certified corporate compliance and ethics professional (CCEP) and was a Finalist for the 2020 Compliance Week Best Consultant/Advisor. She is a member of the Washington Business Journal Leadership Trust, and a founding board member of the International Association of Independent Corporate Monitors and the International Cannabis Bar Association. Amy formed her own woman veteran owned firm CLEAResources LLC in 2013 after serving in the USAF as a JAG for the first half of her career.
