Kirstin teaches at the University of San Diego each fall and has 30 years of teaching and instructional design experience including in-person, remote and online formats. Now she also works with clients to help them develop effective peer-to-peer training programs that bring measurable results for their company. She believes deeply that everyone should add teaching to their professional goals, and in the life-changing benefits teaching will bring.
