Sylvia is a Silicon-Valley based Certified Executive & Career Coach and Consultant with over 25 years of corporate experience–spending the last 17 years of her corporate career in Strategy and Partnership roles at Google. She supports leaders at all levels and their teams to improve engagement, value, and strategic impact through career strategy, leadership development, team programs, and helping organizations build a strengths-based culture. Sylvia also serves as an Executive Coach for The Women’s Impact Alliance and is a Career Coach for The Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley. She is passionate about advancing the careers and lives of Women and Latinos.
About Your Host
Reena Vokoun is the Founder and CEO of Passion Fit, an entrepreneur, award-winning author of the non-fiction book, The Wellness-Empowered Woman™, TEDx speaker, content creator, marketer, media spokesperson and certified consumer and corporate health and wellness expert. She graduated with a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MS in Advertising and Communications from Boston University. She spent years in marketing, sales and business development for Google, Yahoo, Reebok, CNET, GE and Grokker. Reena is a wife and mom of two boys and lives in San Diego, CA with her family.
