About the Show

Have you ever wondered whether words carry as much healing and hope as medicine? Join us on Women Lead Radio as Dianne Callahan, your host of The Lighthearted Life, has a conversation with Dianne Silvestri, physician, patient and poet, about how the act of creating – whether it be with words, or paint, or flower seeds – can be an integral part to our healing from any health concern.
