About Your Guest

Sandra Jirous is a customer service professional and advocate with more than 20 years of experience in customer service management, vendor management, and learning and development expertise. She has a passion for enabling employees and partners to serve users and customers. Outside of her professional work, she is passionate about advancing the work of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which has saved countless lives, including her nephew Adam. She lives in Vancouver, WA with her partner and two bernedoodles.


About Your Host

Reena Vokoun is the Founder and CEO of Passion Fit, an entrepreneur, award-winning author of the non-fiction book, The Wellness-Empowered Woman™, TEDx speaker, content creator, marketer, media spokesperson and certified consumer and corporate health and wellness expert. She graduated with a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MS in Advertising and Communications from Boston University. She spent years in marketing, sales and business development for Google, Yahoo, Reebok, CNET, GE and Grokker. Reena is a wife and mom of two boys and lives in San Diego, CA with her family.
