Women Lead Radio | Host Commitment Agreement

Please review the hallmark standards we look for in having you on board as a Women Lead Radio Show Host.

Please check each box and type your name as your commitment and agreement to be recognized as a Women Lead Radio Host.

Our goal is to have a long-term and amazing relationship as we build an incredible radio show network together!

Women Lead Radio Commitment Agreement

I agree to the following for my involvement and commitment as a host for Women Lead Radio:*

I will commit to hosting the assigned number of radio shows that I have been assigned and agreed to for the year.

I will call into the online studio at least 10 minutes prior to the live show start so I can greet and welcome my guest before they call in to the online studio.

I will make sure to go over the pre-show checklist with my guest 10 minutes prior to each live show.

I agree to submit my host information form at least one month prior to my show dates.

I agree to have my guest submit a completed radio show guest information form at least one month prior to my show dates.

I agree and commit to follow the host script for brand consistency of shows.

I agree to book guests that fit into the category and series theme of my shows, along with making the effort to make my shows female-centric on how professional women can be better and do better both personally and professionally.

I understand that if the radio show host and guest information form are not provided one month prior to each scheduled show date, my show will be replaced.

I further understand that if multiple shows are replaced for lack of information provided by the one month deadline, my shows will be cancelled and replaced with another host entirely.

I understand the importance of timely communication with the radio show producer regarding my show on any questions or issues in a timely and professional manner .

I understand the hardship that missing shows or cancelling shows has on the organization and will do my best to agree and commit to the standards required by CWI.
