Joe McGinnis is a Marine Corps veteran of 22 years with a background in Human Resource Management and a degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. Joe’s military career involved multiple deployments in support of combat ops, humanitarian operations, and exercises with countries such as South Korea, Philippines, and Japan. In the private sector, Joe has worked for Verizon and Amazon, two companies known for their veteran hiring programs.
