Kim Bobo created the Interfaith Workers Justice organization to help alleviate poverty as well as educate and protect low-wage workers, some of whom are immigrants and people of color working in jobs with very low pay. She brings all faiths together to support the weakest people in the US and believes more HR departments should join the cause.
