Nelson, Lecturer of Management at Naval Postgraduate School. Alan is the author of “How to Bring Out the Leader in Your Daughter” and several other books on young leadership development.
Alan discusses the importance of identifying and developing female leaders between the ages of 10 and 18. Alan worked on a research team, looking at the inclusion of women in the Navy SEALs. He combined that work with his research from the last decade in the area of 5-18 year-olds gifted in organizational leadership!
