Join us on Women Lead TV as Kimberlee Centera, your host of Workplace Transformation Begins with Us, has a conversation with DeLinda Forsythe, CEO of Inspiring Generational Leadership, as they discuss how to build a culture of gratitude, appreciation, and collaboration, that nurtures trust and unleashes our individual and collective genius.
About Your Guest
DeLinda Forsythe founded Innovative Commercial Environments (ICE), an office furniture dealership, in 2006 from a spare bedroom and earned more revenue her first month as an entrepreneur than the previous year as an employee. She retired in 2022, selling ICE to a key employee that joined her firm in 2008 as a full-time college student. DeLinda captured the success of their co-generational leadership journey in Inspiring Generational Leadership: Your Guide to Design a Conscious Culture. Her ethical corporate leadership strategies, philanthropic and social impact efforts led to her inclusion in the San Diego Business Journal 500 Most Influential San Diego leaders 2017-2022 and receipt of the Business Woman of the Year Lifetime Achievement award in 2023. As a keynote speaker, best-selling author, and leadership consultant, DeLinda enjoys advocating for multi-generational mentorship.
About Your Host
Kimberlee Centera is the host of Workplace Transformation Begins with Us! Women are leaving leadership positions in record numbers. According to McKinsey & Lean In’s 2022 Women in the Workplace report, foremost reasons cited were a desire for greater flexibility, a lack of company commitment to employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and being overworked and under-valued. This show explores how we can consciously evolve to create that which is most true, most noble, and most meaningful in our work and our lives. Our wake-up call has been loud and clear. We hear it and we are responding. As the Founder and CEO of TerraPro Solutions, a leading consultancy for the development of utility scale renewable energy projects, Kimberlee’s vision is to reframe how women see themselves in the workplace. To reorient them to fresh perspectives that point them in the direction of their goals.
